Domestic Violence Services

FRC offers a variety of services for adults and children who have been affected by domestic violence. These include: counseling, support groups, community resource assistance, court and legal advocacy. For those requiring it, FRC provides emergency shelter in one of our multi-site safe houses.

Court & Legal Advocacy

Advocates provide services to help in reducing trauma and facilitating a better understanding of the criminal justice system. This may include explanations about court procedures, aid in applying for compensation, courtroom tours, support, escort, transportation, and information relating to the criminal justice system and how it works.

Supportive Counseling

Individual supportive counseling sessions for victims of domestic and sexual violence can be scheduled with an advocate.
